Standard shipping is not possible for delivery addresses outside Europe, since worldwide orders are generally only delivered by our cooperation partner GLS via Global Express.

Returns

Return costs

If you have ordered something wrong, we will take back the standard items within 30 days. However, you must bear the costs for the return.

30 days return policy

We take back standard items within 30 days, you will then receive a credit note after receipt and inspection of the goods. However, as described above, you must bear the return costs yourself.

Returns and exchanges

We are also happy to exchange standard items, in which case you will be charged or credited for the difference. In general, you must contact us for exchanges or returns, this process cannot be processed in the shop.
