Who do I contact if I have questions about the BuKaRa online shop?

You can reach us from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by phone at +49 (0) 7443 / 96 61-12 or by email at markus.burkhardt@bukara.de.

Except on public holidays and during our company holidays in August.

 

Customer Account

Why should I register?

By registering, you will receive an account where you will be able to see placed orders and you will not have to re-enter all the data for the next order.

This makes it easier to place new orders.

How can I register?

Add a product to the shopping cart and then click on checkout, all required data will be requested there, simply fill them out.

You will then receive your personal customer number from us.

I am already a BuKaRa customer, can I register in the shop with my customer number?

No. Please register again in the shop as usual.

By providing your BuKaRa customer number, however, you help us to process the registration more quickly.

How do I log on?

Under the menu item "Einloggen" (Which means Login in German).

Enter your login details (e-mail and password).

Product and price display

How do I know if the tool I want is available?

With the respective article or in the shopping cart you can see around the clock whether the tool you want is available.

If, exceptionally, the item you want is not available, please contact us immediately. So that we can give you a delivery time as soon as possible.

Are the products in the shopping cart reserved for me?

As long as the products are in the shopping cart, we reserve the right to prior sale.

From the moment you place your order, the products are reserved for you.

Where can I find information about tools?

In the article itself, we have described this as well as possible. If you still need more information or have technical questions, please contact stefan.burkhardt@bukara.de

 

Availability and delivery

Can I track my order?

You can easily and conveniently track the status of your order at https://www.gls-pakete.de/en/parcel-tracking using your package number (we will be happy to send it to you).

Can I download an order confirmation, invoice, or delivery note as a pdf?

BuKaRa will send you all relevant documents such as the order confirmation stating, the delivery date and the invoice as a pdf to the e-mail address stored in the system.

The delivery note is enclosed with the shipment.

 

Orders

How do I order a makeover for a tool?

You can order new tools in the BuKaRa shop. If you need a modification to a tool, please contact our sales team to order the tool including the desired modification, as well as for special tools.

Can I make changes to the order I just submitted?

No, as soon as we have received the order from you, processing begins.

 

Tool search

I have entered a BuKaRa article number in the search field and no result is displayed. Why?

This product is currently not available in the online shop. Please contact our sales team or fill out the special tool form. You are welcome to enter the article number there.
